Parmer County Community Hospital Extends Personal Service to Web
FRIONA, TX—Parmer County Community Hospital (PCCH) is pleased to announce the launch of their new Web site, located at http://www.pcchtx.com. The new Web site also coincides with the new PCCH facility planning and construction.
"The new professional look and improved structure was created to better match the hospital's mission. They were ready to update their template-based site to better serve their online audience, and to present their image of personalized service, which is far above the 'template standard' shown on their old site." XPRT Creative President Jennifer Poyer said.
According to PCCH Administrator Lance Gatlin, providing access to their various publics was a main goal for the site redesign. "It is our desire in developing this website to provide the patients, supporters and friends of PCCH with greater access to information regarding our ongoing activities, services and objectives. We hope this website will be both informative and educational for those we serve in the Parmer County region" Gatlin summarized.
"Their slogan 'Personalized Care, Close to Home' tells a lot about the people at PCCH. I was truly touched by the care and concern that goes into every part of their service," Poyer added. "These people really care about their patients and their community, and we feel it’s very important important that this huge touchpoint display that promise as well."
The site was built to not only inform the public, provide important information to patients and their families, and be easy to update and maintain for the busy PCCH staff. Some of the features include:

- Department directory
- Regular opinion polls
- Online contact form
- Admin Interface to update polls, news, jobs, testimonials and the calendar through an easy to use web interface
