The Fine Print
In order to guarantee that we can provide the best service possible and to protect our business interests, if we do any customized programming for you (such as and e-mail blast, shopping cart or a members' only secure area) we do require that you host with us.

- We put tracking code in your pages, to track your site statistics. Not only how many hits pages are getting, but where the hits are coming from (referring source), how long the people are staying in your site, where they are clicking when they are in your site, etc. etc. We monitor these kinds of things behind the scenes, and alert you if we see any site usage patterns we think you should know about. If you're not involved with an XPRT Maintenance Agreement™, you'll have the opportunity to request a customized report for a minimal charge at any time.
- Updates can me made quickly (in most cases within 24 hours of update request), but guaranteed within seven working days or your updates are free.
- If something goes wrong with any programming on your site, we provide free technical support - and quickly. We may even notice the item before you, and get it fixed before any of your site users even know there is anything wrong.
